How to Order on This Site
(1) Find products from the top page
Please search using one of the following methods:
● Select the desired product category from the hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the top page.
● Select the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the top page and search by keyword.
● Navigate to the product page from each product displayed on the top page.
● Navigate to the product list page from the product category banner displayed on the top page.
(2) Product list is displayed
Once you reach the product list from each page, click on the desired product. The product details screen will be displayed.
(3) On the product details page, select the quantity/size and click the "Add to Cart" or "Request Build-to-Order" button. This page uses encryption technology (SSL).
(4) Confirm your order details
Confirm your order details and proceed to checkout. If you have any additional notes regarding your order, please enter them in "Add order note."
(5) Specify the delivery address
Enter your contact information and shipping address, then proceed to payment.
(6) Specify payment method
Select your payment method and click the "Buy Now" button to complete your order. Depending on the payment method, you may be redirected to an input screen for various payments, so please complete the input.

Display and Notation on Product Details Pages
The photos on the product details page are images of the product taken from the front (some exceptions apply).

Stock Status
For current stock status, please check the product details page. If the "Add to Cart" button is displayed, the item is in stock.
If the "Request Build-to-Order" button is displayed, it means the item is currently out of stock in the online store, and it will take some time to prepare the product.

This feature allows you to list your favorite products and view them later.
You can use it according to your situation, such as when you want to carefully view product information but don't have time, or when you want to order but are still undecided.

About Build-to-Order Products
We will produce and prepare the product after your order is confirmed. (For convenience store payment/bank transfer, the order is confirmed upon payment confirmation.) Normally, delivery takes approximately 50 days.
*For urgent orders
Although currently sold out in the online store, stock is expected to arrive periodically. It may also be possible to order. For urgent orders, please inquire with your desired color and size before placing your order.
Normally, it takes approximately 50 days from the order date. Bridal rings can be delivered in approximately 30 to 40 days. Please note that if you request a diamond appraisal certificate, it will take an additional 10 days, so please be careful when placing your order.
During peak seasons when orders are concentrated, such as year-end and New Year holidays, major holidays, and Christmas season (e.g., early November to early January), it takes approximately 70 days from the order date.
*For convenience store payments, delivery will be approximately 50 days from the payment confirmation date.
*Some remote islands may take more than 50 days.
About In-Stock Items
In-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of your order and delivered within 2-5 business days.
*For convenience store payments and bank transfers, items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Please note that delivery may be delayed from the requested date and time due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, or other circumstances.
If you order build-to-order items and in-stock items together, please note that all items will be shipped together after all products are ready.
About the Shopping Cart
Items added to the cart will be displayed in the cart, but this does not reserve the items.
Items are secured as soon as the order process is complete, so we recommend completing the order process as soon as possible.
Also, if you are browsing the site for a long time or purchasing multiple items, please check that the items you put in the cart have not disappeared before proceeding to the order process.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is complete, a "Order Confirmation" email will be sent to the email address you provided during the order.
Members can also check their order history from the "Account" page.

About Security Code
What is a security code? It is a 3-digit (or 4-digit) number printed on the back of your credit card. As a security measure to prevent unauthorized credit card use, you are asked to enter it each time you use credit card payment. The numbers circled in the diagram below are the relevant digits.
If a total of 19 digits are listed on the back of your credit card, including the credit card number within the signature field, the 3 digits from the 17th to 19th position are the security code.
If a total of 7 digits are listed on the back of your credit card, including the credit card number within the signature field, the 3 digits from the 5th to 7th position are the security code.
Some credit cards may not have a security code. If the security code is not listed or is unknown, please contact your credit card issuer.
About 3D Secure (Identity Verification)
3D Secure is a system to make credit card payments on the internet more secure. In addition to credit card number, expiration date, and other information, customers enter a password previously registered with the card issuer to verify their identity.
Customers paying by card will always need to enter a password, so if you do not know your password, please contact your card company in advance to confirm it.

Care Instructions
Sweat and dust can cause discoloration and tarnishing of jewelry. Also, for products using adhesive, contact with water can cause the adhesive to come off, so please try to remove jewelry when exercising, swimming, bathing in the sea, taking a bath, cooking, or washing your hands. In particular, please always remove it when entering a hot spring.
Do not wear jewelry in high temperatures or extremely cold environments, as this may cause burns or frostbite.
After use, gently wipe off sweat and dirt with a soft cloth or a jewelry-specific cloth.
Depending on the type of stone or material, cosmetics and chemicals may react or damage the texture. Please apply perfume and cosmetics before putting on jewelry.
When not in use, store in a well-ventilated, low-humidity place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, excessive dryness, and dust. Please be careful as storing it with highly volatile substances such as naphthalene or hairspray may impair its luster.
Avoid strong pulling or twisting of products using wire, as this may cause damage. Also, after use, try to store it in a way that does not distort its shape.
