Terms of Use

Art Piece Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Store") establishes the terms of service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") for the website it operates (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") as follows. Users of the Service are deemed to have agreed to the following conditions.
General Provisions: These Terms shall apply to the Store and to those who use the Service.
The sale, delivery, and support of products on the Service shall be limited to Japan.
The Store may change these Terms and the content of the Service without prior consent from users of the Service.
Handling of Information: Information obtained by the Store in connection with the use of the Service shall be managed in accordance with the separately stipulated privacy policy.
The Store shall not be liable for any loss of information, in whole or in part, that may occur due to disasters, system failures, or other reasons.
Information Provided: While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on the Service, there may be misleading descriptions or typographical errors. The Store shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result.
Furthermore, in the event of any error in price information, etc., we may not be able to accept an order even after it has been confirmed. In such cases, we will inform you of the correct information after your order and confirm your intention to purchase.
While we strive to display product images as faithfully as possible, due to PC monitor settings and characteristics, there may be slight color discrepancies compared to the actual product, for which the Store shall bear no responsibility.
Product Purchases: ・Once an order application for a product has been completed, we do not accept cancellations, changes, or consolidation of multiple orders into one shipment, even if the order is placed before product shipment.
・For limited edition products, etc., we may limit purchases to one item per person.
Furthermore, purchases of the same product model are limited to 5 items per person. We may decline orders for more than 5 items of the same product.
・For customers who purchase for resale purposes, or frequently return, refuse to receive, or are unable to receive products, we may decline their orders in accordance with the Service's regulations.
・All products are available for order in various colors and sizes. Manufacturing will commence upon your order. Please check the delivery time for each product, as it varies. Typically, it takes approximately 50 days from the time of order.
・For in-stock products, shipments will be made approximately 2 business days after the order is confirmed, and delivered within 3 to 5 business days. For made-to-order products, it takes approximately 50 days. During major holidays such as Golden Week or Obon, or during peak seasons (e.g., early November to early January each year), it takes approximately 70 days from the time of order. For some limited edition products or pre-order items that take longer than usual for delivery, the estimated arrival date will be provided on the product page. However, delivery may be delayed if there is a concentration of orders or before/after holidays.
・If there are multiple orders for the same delivery address or if the total purchase amount exceeds 100,000 yen, we may contact you to confirm the order. In such cases, product shipment will be made after confirmation, which may cause delays.
・Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before placing an order.
・Unjustified refusal to receive products after purchase is not accepted. If a product is refused receipt or remains undelivered for an extended period after shipment, we may refuse future purchases through the Service.
・Regarding product selling prices, unless there is a misprint, the displayed amount at the time of purchase will be the charged amount. Please note that even if the selling price is officially changed due to a sale or other reason after purchase, we will not accept refunds for the difference or cancellations of orders, regardless of whether the product has arrived or not.
Payment Method: The payment amount for products, etc., shall be the total of the purchase price of the products, etc., including consumption tax, and related handling fees.
Payment for products, etc., purchased through this Service shall be limited to payment by credit card in the name of the purchaser, or other payment methods separately approved by the Company.
When paying by credit card, the purchaser shall comply with the terms separately agreed upon between the purchaser and the credit card company. In the event of any dispute arising between the purchaser and the credit card company, etc., in connection with the use of the credit card, the purchaser and the credit card company shall be responsible for resolving the dispute.
Formation of Contract: When you place an order for a product on this site, a "Order Confirmation" email will be sent from this site, acknowledging receipt of your order and detailing its contents. Your order constitutes an offer to enter into a contract for the purchase of the product. Regardless of the payment method and delivery method you choose, when you order a product sold by this Service, your offer to contract will be accepted and the contract formed when a "Order Shipped" email is sent to you from this site.
Disclaimers and Returns/Exchanges for Products: Product returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless there is a product defect, damage during delivery, incorrect product, or as otherwise separately acknowledged by the Store. Furthermore, in cases where the Store acknowledges a return or exchange, it shall only be carried out if the customer contacts our customer service within 7 business days of product arrival. In all other cases, the Store shall bear no responsibility whatsoever, including liability for defects.
Others: The Store shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred as a result of using the information or content included in the Service.
The Store shall bear no responsibility for delays or interruptions in service provision, regardless of whether such delays or interruptions are attributable to the Store.
In the event that a problem arises concerning the use of the Service that cannot be resolved by these Terms, the Store and the user shall resolve it through sincere discussions.
If a lawsuit becomes necessary concerning the use of the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance.
