Order Process on This Site
(1) Find products from the top page
Please use one of the following methods to find products:

● Select the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the top page and search by keyword.
● Transition to the product page from each product displayed on the top page.
● Transition to the product list page from the product category banner displayed on the top page.
(2) Product list will be displayed
Once you reach the product list from each page, click on the desired product. The product detail screen will be displayed.
(3) On the product details page, select the quantity/size and click the "Add to Cart" or "Apply for Made-to-Order" button. This page uses encryption technology (SSL).
(4) Confirm your order details
Please confirm your order details and proceed to checkout. If there are any additional notes regarding your order, please enter your message in "Add order note."
(5) Specify delivery address
Enter your contact information and shipping address, then proceed to payment.
(6) Specify payment method
Select your payment method and click the "Buy Now" button to complete your order. Depending on the payment method, you will be redirected to the input screen for various payments, so please complete the input.

Stock Status
For current stock status, please check the product detail page. If the "Add to Cart" button is displayed, the item is in stock.

About Made-to-Order Products
We will produce and prepare the product upon confirmation of your order. (For convenience store payment/bank transfer, the order is confirmed upon payment confirmation.) Delivery typically takes approximately 50 days. For products with epoxy processing, an additional 10 days will be added to the usual delivery time.
※For urgent orders
Although currently sold out in the online store, stock is scheduled to arrive regularly. Some products can also be specially ordered. For urgent orders, please contact us with your desired color and size before placing your order.
It typically takes about 50 days from your order for the product to be finished, and about 40 days for bridal rings. *For products using epoxy resin, it will take about 50 days. If a diamond appraisal report is issued, it will take an additional 10 days, so please be careful when ordering.
During busy seasons such as year-end/New Year holidays, long holidays, and Christmas (typically early November to early January), when orders concentrate, it takes approximately 70 days from your order.

※Delivery to some remote islands may take longer than usual.
About In-Stock Products
We will ship the product within 2-5 business days from your order and deliver it within 2-8 business days.
※For convenience store payments and bank transfers, shipping will be within 2-5 business days from the payment confirmation date.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, or other circumstances.
If you order made-to-order products and in-stock products together, all items will be shipped once all products are ready, so please understand.
About the Shopping Cart
Items placed in the cart will be displayed in the cart, but this does not mean the items are reserved.
Products are secured simultaneously with the completion of the order process, so we recommend completing the order process as soon as possible.
Also, if you are browsing the site for a long time or purchasing multiple products, please check if the items you placed in the cart have disappeared before proceeding to checkout.

About Security Code
What is a security code? It is a 3-digit (or 4-digit) number printed on the back of your credit card. As a security measure to prevent unauthorized credit card use, we ask you to enter it every time you use credit card payment. The number circled in the image below is the security code.
If a total of 19 digits are printed on the back of the credit card, in the signature field, along with the credit card number, the 3 digits from the 17th to 19th position are the security code.
If a total of 7 digits are printed on the back of the credit card, in the signature field, along with the credit card number, the 3 digits from the 5th to 7th position are the security code.
Some credit cards may not have a security code. If the security code is not listed or is unclear, please contact your credit card issuer.
About 3D Secure (Personal Authentication)
3D Secure is a system that allows for safer credit card payments online by requiring customers to enter a password previously registered with their card issuer, in addition to credit card number, expiration date, and other information, to authenticate that they are the cardholder themselves.

Shipping fee is a flat rate of 550 yen.
For members, orders of 11,000 yen (including tax) or more will receive free shipping.
Delivery times vary for made-to-order products and in-stock products.

Sweat and dust can cause discoloration and dullness of jewelry. Also, for products using adhesive, contact with water can cause the adhesive to detach, so please try to remove jewelry when exercising, swimming, bathing in the sea, bathing, cooking, or washing hands. Especially, always remove it when entering a hot spring.
Do not wear jewelry in high temperatures or extremely cold environments, as it may cause burns or frostbite.
After use, gently wipe off sweat and dirt with a soft cloth or a jewelry-specific cleaning cloth.
Depending on the type of stone or material, cosmetics and chemicals may react or impair the texture. Always put on perfume or cosmetics before wearing jewelry.
When not in use, store it in a well-ventilated, low-humidity place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, excessive dryness, and dust. Please note that storing it with highly volatile substances such as mothballs or hairspray may impair its luster.
Avoid pulling or twisting products that use wire, as this may cause damage. Also, after use, please store it in a way that does not easily distort its shape.
