Apology for System Glitch During HAPPY BAG Reservations

Thank you for always supporting the Justin Davis official online store.

We began accepting reservations for the HAPPY BAG at 0:00 on December 1st.
However, due to a system glitch caused by a flood of reservation orders,
we unfortunately accepted more orders than we had stock available,
and as a result, we were unable to secure stock for some customers' orders.

We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience and distrust this has caused to the affected customers.
We have already contacted the affected customers individually by email, but we sincerely apologize again for the delay in our communication.

The reason for the delay in communication was due to confirming the cause of the glitch and discussing future countermeasures.
Orders were supposed to be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis based on order and payment receipt,
but due to the system glitch, customers who had previously added items to their favorites could still purchase even after the items had sold out.

The cause was that the cache (temporary storage) of the purchase page saved in favorites caused a malfunction due to the concentration of orders,
making it possible to accept orders for quantities that were originally out of stock.

We should have discovered the system glitch immediately and taken measures to prevent further purchases.
We are very sorry that our response and communication were also delayed, leading to this situation.
