While these items are sold out online, there may be stock available in physical stores. Please contact the store staff directly for information on in-store stock.

Returns and Exchanges

Cancellations cannot be made after your order has been confirmed. Returns due to customer convenience are also not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Generally, exchanges are not accepted due to customer convenience [reasons such as incorrect order or different from image]. Thank you for your understanding.
However, if the following exchange conditions are met, we may be able to accommodate a size exchange.Please check the following details in advance.
- Limited to unused items. Exchanges cannot be made if there are signs of use or damage.
- Please contact us and return the item within 7 days of receipt.
- Exchanges cannot be made if the desired size is out of stock.
- Must be a different size of the same product. Exchanges for different products are not possible.
- As the exchange is due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
- A certificate must be included. Please enclose it when returning the item.
- Even if the size does not fit after the exchange, re-exchanges are not possible.

When purchasing silver products from this site, a certificate of authenticity and a special pouch will be included, just as they would be when purchasing in-store. One paper bag for presentation and one certificate of authenticity will be included per order. One pouch will be included per item.

When a pendant and chain are purchased together, totaling ¥53,900 (tax included).
Even if both the pendant and chain are ¥53,900 each, they will be packaged together in one case with the chain threaded through.
