基本的にお客様都合【ご注文の間違い、イメージと異なったなどの理由】による交換は受け付けておりません。予めご了承ください。
ただし以下の交換条件を満たしている場合、サイズ交換のみご対応できる場合がございます。事前に以下の内容をご確認ください。
- 未使用品に限ります。使用傷が見られる場合は交換ができません。
- お受取日より7日以内にご連絡、ご返送をお願いします。
- 交換後のサイズの在庫がない場合は交換はできません。
- 同一商品の別サイズであること。別の商品への交換はできません。
- お客様都合の交換になるため往復送料はお客様負担になります。
- 証明書があること。ご返送の際に必ずご同封ください。
- 交換後、サイズが合わなかったとしても再交換はいたしかねます。

When you purchase silver jewelry from this website, you will receive a sales certificate and an exclusive pouch, just as you would if you purchased it in a store. A paper bag for delivery and a certificate of sale are included with each order. One pouch is included with each item.

About Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is only available for products that come with a free case, or when a paid case with ribbon “Yes” is purchased. We will put a ribbon on the case. If you would like to add a ribbon to a product that comes with a free case, please indicate “Gift Wrapping” in the “Add Order Notes” box in the middle of your order.
※Gift wrapping is not available for some items, such as caps and apparel, as we do not have a dedicated box for these items.
