[How to wear ear cuffs and precautions for use]
First, place the ear cuff over the thinnest part of your earlobe. As shown in the diagram above, move it along the rim of your earlobe to the middle part parallel to the ear canal, and then secure it by clipping it to the cartilage. Please remove it during strenuous sports, bathing, sleeping, or when in contact with infants. Do not wear it in high or extremely cold temperatures, as it may cause burns or frostbite. Also, the fit may vary depending on individual ear shape and size. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or guarantees for lost items.

While these items are sold out online, there may be stock available in physical stores. Please contact the store staff directly for information on in-store stock.

Generally, exchanges are not accepted due to customer convenience [reasons such as incorrect order or different from image]. Thank you for your understanding.
However, if the following exchange conditions are met, we may be able to accommodate a size exchange.Please check the following details in advance.
- Limited to unused items. Exchanges cannot be made if there are signs of use or damage.
- Please contact us and return the item within 7 days of receipt.
- Exchanges cannot be made if the desired size is out of stock.
- Must be a different size of the same product. Exchanges for different products are not possible.
- As the exchange is due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
- A certificate must be included. Please enclose it when returning the item.
- Even if the size does not fit after the exchange, re-exchanges are not possible.
