Delivery Time

・Regarding the delivery time for products marked as [Made to Order]

These items are currently sold out in the online store, so we will produce them after your order has been placed. (For convenience store payments/bank transfers, production will begin after payment confirmation.) Delivery typically takes approximately 50 days.

While these items are sold out online, there may be stock available in physical stores. Please contact the store staff directly for information on in-store stock.

We will ship items approximately 2 business days after your order is confirmed (or after payment confirmation for convenience store payments/bank transfers).

※If you purchase made-to-order and in-stock items simultaneously, all items will be shipped together once they are all available, so please allow approximately 50 days for delivery.

 

Returns and Exchanges

・Returns

Cancellations cannot be made after your order has been confirmed. Returns due to customer convenience are also not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

・Exchanges

Generally, exchanges are not accepted due to customer convenience [reasons such as incorrect order or different from image]. Thank you for your understanding.
However, if the following exchange conditions are met, we may be able to accommodate a size exchange.Please check the following details in advance.

1. Limited to unused items. Exchanges cannot be made if there are signs of use or damage.
2. Please contact us and return the item within 7 days of receipt.
3. Exchanges cannot be made if the desired size is out of stock.
4. Must be a different size of the same product. Exchanges for different products are not possible.
5. As the exchange is due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
6. A certificate must be included. Please enclose it when returning the item.
7. Even if the size does not fit after the exchange, re-exchanges are not possible.

About accessories

When you purchase silver jewelry from this website, you will receive a sales certificate and an exclusive pouch, just as you would if you purchased it in a store. A paper bag for delivery and a certificate of sale are included with each order. One pouch is included with each item.

About the Case

・Terms and conditions that come with the case free of charge
Jewelry with a value of ¥49,000 (tax not included) or more per item
If the pendant and chain are purchased at the same time for a total of ¥49,000 (excluding tax)
Leather items, collaboration items
※Pouch is not included when case is included.

・Paid Case Purchase
If you purchase a product that does not come with a free case, you can purchase a case separately from the following

About Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is only available for products that come with a free case, or when a paid case with ribbon “Yes” is purchased. We will put a ribbon on the case. If you would like to add a ribbon to a product that comes with a free case, please indicate “Gift Wrapping” in the “Add Order Notes” box in the middle of your order.
※Gift wrapping is not available for some items, such as caps and apparel, as we do not have a dedicated box for these items.
