When attaching or detaching, please be careful not to apply force to the post and push it up, as this may cause it to bend or break. This product is for the left ear. Please remove it during strenuous sports, bathing, sleeping, or when interacting with infants. Do not use in extremely hot or cold environments, as it may cause burns or frostbite.

- Must be a different size of the same product. Exchanges for different products are not possible.
- As the exchange is due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
- A certificate must be included. Please enclose it when returning the item.
- Even if the size does not fit after the exchange, re-exchanges are not possible.

When a pendant and chain are purchased together, totaling ¥53,900 (tax included).
