納期について

・［受注生産品］と記載の商品の納期について

現状オンラインストアでは完売しておりますので、ご注文確定より商品を製作しご用意します。（コンビニ決済/銀行振込の場合はお支払い確認をもってご注文確定となります）
只今繁忙期につきまして約70日前後でお届けします。あらかじめご了承くださいませ。

また、オンラインストアでは完売しておりますが店頭には在庫がある可能性がございます。店頭在庫については直接店頭スタッフへお問い合わせください。

・在庫あり商品納期について

ご注文確定（コンビニ決済/銀行振込の場合はお支払い確認後）より約2営業日以内に商品を発送致します。

※受注生産商品と在庫ありを同時に購入された場合すべての商品がそろい次第発送になりますので約70日前後でお届けします。

 

返品交換について

・返品について

ご注文確定後のキャンセルはできません。お客様都合による返品もできません。予めご了承ください。

・交換について

基本的にお客様都合【ご注文の間違い、イメージと異なったなどの理由】による交換は受け付けておりません。予めご了承ください。
ただし以下の交換条件を満たしている場合、サイズ交換のみご対応できる場合がございます。事前に以下の内容をご確認ください。

1. 未使用品に限ります。使用傷が見られる場合は交換ができません。
2. お受取日より7日以内にご連絡、ご返送をお願いします。
3. 交換後のサイズの在庫がない場合は交換はできません。
4. 同一商品の別サイズであること。別の商品への交換はできません。
5. お客様都合の交換になるため往復送料はお客様負担になります。
6. 証明書があること。ご返送の際に必ずご同封ください。
7. 交換後、サイズが合わなかったとしても再交換はいたしかねます。

以上ご了承いただいたうえで交換ご希望の場合はお問い合わせフォームより 【交換希望の旨/ご注文番号/お名前/交換前サイズ/交換後希望サイズ】をご記載のうえお問い合わせくださいませ。

About accessories

When you purchase silver jewelry from this website, you will receive a sales certificate and an exclusive pouch, just as you would if you purchased it in a store. A paper bag for delivery and a certificate of sale are included with each order. One pouch is included with each item.

About the Case

・Terms and conditions that come with the case free of charge
Jewelry with a value of ¥49,000 (tax not included) or more per item
If the pendant and chain are purchased at the same time for a total of ¥49,000 (excluding tax)
Leather items, collaboration items

・Paid Case Purchase
If you purchase a product that does not come with a free case, you can purchase a case separately from the following

About Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is only available for products that come with a free case, or when a paid case with ribbon “Yes” is purchased. We will put a ribbon on the case. If you would like to add a ribbon to a product that comes with a free case, please indicate “Gift Wrapping” in the “Add Order Notes” box in the middle of your order.
※Gift wrapping is not available for some items, such as caps and apparel, as we do not have a dedicated box for these items.
